Sailana Wildlife Sanctuary

The Sailana Wildlife Sanctuary was established in the year 1983. But comparatively it constitutes a much smaller area of 13 sq.km. Again like Sadarpur, the bird ‘ Kharmour ‘ is the principal species of the Sanctuary among other birds.

The Kedarnath and the Kedareshwar Temple are among the most sacred Lord Shiva temples close to the Sanctuary. Also the unique Cactus Garden featuring various Cactus forms is one place visitors should not miss out on.
