It is valid for 10 years and after that, a booster shot is required

Should we also take OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine)?

For kids under 5 years, yes but has been excluded for adults as on 2019 but make sure you check once in the center where you are taking the vaccination. For kids make sure both yellow fever vaccination and OPV are administered the same day.
