WildTrails was in fact started and run by a bunch of hardcore wildlife aficionados who have traveled the length of breadth of India and Africa visiting all national parks and photographing the amazing species which are native to the given parks. 

As we all know, 10% experience is getting all booked but 90% experience is when on a safari having the best naturalist and the best local tiger trackers as a lot of science and thinking and experience gets into it, We are very happy to tell you that we are partnered with some of the top naturalists and local tiger trackers across all national parks of India and those are the ones who we assign for you for the safari and when you go with them, you will realize that they are the ones who make up the 90% of your experiences. 

We just don’t stop at booking the resorts, safaris, local experiences, or expert trackers but we assign a dedicated customer-relationship manager whose Whatsapp and phone number is shared so that you can be in touch with them constantly from the day you book with us until you reached home safely after an amazing wildlife experience. This is what we call “customer 360” as you will start realizing that you have so many queries once you book like what clothes to wear to safari, who will pick us up, what are the stories behind the wildlife etc but also forest being forest, where google maps won’t work, and being remote there are always questions and concerns which keeps popping up and you will be so assured to know that you have a “wildlife buddy” who is just a message or a call away to answer any of your queries or concerns.
